Carrot Orange Smoothie

Ingredients

2 carrots
1 orange
1 mandarin
1 red pepper, red
1/2 inch ginger
200 ml water
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Peel carrots and cut into pieces.
  2. Orange peel and remove pulp.
  3. Peel mandarin, extract pulp and remove seeds.
  4. Core peppers and cut into strips.
  5. Puree in a blender.
  6. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
