Chicken Nasi Goreng

Ingredients

300 g rice
300 g broccoli
400 g chicken breast
4 garlic cloves
2 small red onions
1 tbs peanut oil
4 eggs
4 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
salt and pepper
2 spring onions

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice.
  2. Cut the broccoli into small pieces and blanch in hot water. It should still be crisp.
  3. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and salt.
  4. Finely chop the garlic and onions.
  5. Lightly sauté the garlic and onions in a pan with peanut oil.
  6. Add the chicken and fry.
  7. Make some space in the middle of the pan and pour in the whisked eggs.
  8. Fry everything, stirring every now and then.
  9. Add the rice.
  10. Season with soy sauce, kecap manis, salt and pepper.
  11. Add the broccoli.
  12. Cut the spring onions into thin rings and stir in.
