Fried Tuna

Ingredients

2 tuna steaks
5 tbs olive oil
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp honey
sea salt
pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. For the marinade, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  2. Wash the steaks, pat dry and marinate for 20 min.
  3. Sear in a pan for around 2 min. on each side (or longer based on your taste)
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. May be served with salad.
