Japanese Curry

Ingredients

250 g potatoes
150 g carrots
1 onion
1 tbs oil
1 packet Japanese curry paste
3 cups water
rice
2 fried schnitzels

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes, carrots and onion.
  2. Fry the onion in a pan with oil.
  3. Add curry paste, potatoes, carrots and water and reduce for 15 min (or as directed on the curry paste packet).
  4. Serve with rice and schnitzel.
