Kale Smoothie

Ingredients

150 g kale
1 kiwi
1 orange
1 banana
1/2 inch ginger
250 ml water
4 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash kale, blanch and rinse with cold water.
  2. Peel kiwi, orange and banana and cut into pieces.
  3. Peel the ginger.
  4. Combine all ingredients in a mixer and blend until smooth.
