Panna Cotta

Ingredients

3 gelatine sheet
250 ml cream
25 g sugar
1 vanilla pod
100 g fresh strawberries
strawberry syrup

Instructions

  1. Soften the gelatine in cold water.
  2. Place and cream and sugar in a pot.
  3. Slit the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape the seeds into the pot.
  4. Slowly bring to a boil and simmer for 15 min.
  5. Add the softened gelatine sheet to the pot and stir until fully dissolved.
  6. Pour into ramekins or moulds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
  7. Top with strawberries and syrup.
