Roast Beef and Chicken Club Sandwiches

Ingredients

lettuce
2 tomatoes
200 g chicken breast
1 tbs oil
12 slices of toast bread
100 g roast beef, sliced and ready to eat
mayonnaise
salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce.
  2. Slice the tomatoes.
  3. Wash the chicken and cut into thin slices.
  4. Cook the chicken in a pan with oil and season.
  5. Remove chicken and toast the bread in the same pan.
  6. Layer roast beef, mayonnaise and tomatoes on each bottom piece of toast.
  7. Add a second piece of toast and then layer with chicken, mayonnaise and lettuce.
  8. Cover each sandwich with a final piece of toast.
