Strawberries-and-Cream Spread

Ingredients
250 g fresh strawberries
250 g mascarpone
2 tbs elderflower syrup
1/2 lime
2 tbs sugar
Instructions
Squeeze the lime for the juice.
Finely dice the strawberries.
Mix everything in a blender.
Serve on bread.
