Three Sauces for Meat Fondue

Ingredients

250 ml cream (1 cup)
250 ml yoghurt (1 cup)
salt and pepper
5 cloves of garlic
1 tsp cognac
4 tbs honey
250 g ketchup
1 tsp sambal oelek
1 tsp curry powder
2 tbs chives
2 tbs parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream and yoghurt and distribute evenly between three containers.
  2. Make garlic sauce by mixing 2 crushed garlic cloves, cognac, salt and pepper into one of the containers.
  3. For the hot honey sauce, thoroughly mix the honey, ketchup, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, sambal oelek, curry powder, 1 tbs chives and 1 tbs parsley into another container.
  4. For the herb sauce, mix 1 tbs chives, 1 tbs parsley, salt and pepper into the last container.
  5. Leave all three sauces for at least 2 hours so the flavours can infuse.
