Tzatziki

Servings: 4

Ingredients

1 cucumber
500 g quark
200 g plain unsweetened yoghurt (just over 3/4 cup)
3 crushed garlic cloves
2 tbs olive oil
a dash of lemon juice
chopped dill
salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the cucumber.
  2. Mix with all the other ingredients.
  3. Leave to sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to absorb flavours.
  4. Serve with baguette.
