Anchovy Pinchos

Ingredients

1 baguette
1 onion
1 red bell pepper or roasted hot peppers from a jar
1 tbs olive oil
200 g tin of anchovies in oil
pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the baguette.
  2. Cut the onion and pepper into strips.
  3. Sauté both in a pan with oil.
  4. Arrange everything on the baguette.
