Barbecued Rack of Lamb

Ingredients

500 g lamb rack
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbs olive oil
cayenne pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
rosemary
peppercorns
salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the meat and salt.
  2. Brush the steaks with the mixture and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Barbecue for 4 min. on each side and add salt.
  4. Goes well with a salad.
