Barbecued Seafood

Ingredients

assorted seafood
200 g shellfish, e.g. mussels
3 cloves of garlic
200 g shrimp
100 g small squid
wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Wash the shellfish.
  2. Boil the shellfish in salted water for 5 min.
  3. Discard unopened shellfish.
  4. Open the rest of the shellfish completely, discarding the empty shells, and rub the shellfish with crushed garlic.
  5. Wash the shrimp and squid and skewer on the wooden skewers alternately.
  6. Add the skewers and shellfish to the barbecue.
