Barbecued Vegetable Skewers

Ingredients

assorted vegetables (e.g. peppers, carrots, aubergine, courgette, tomato, broccoli)
wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Wash the vegetables and cut into pieces.
  2. Soak the wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes.
  3. Skewer the vegetables alternately.
  4. Barbecue or fry on each side.
