Fish Skewers

Ingredients

300 g fish fillets (e.g. cod, salmon)
4 wooden skewers
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs lemon juice
pepper
salt
1 clove of garlic
1 tbs herbs (e.g. dill, thyme, parsley)
2 tbs oil

Instructions

  1. Soften the skewers in water.
  2. Mix crushed garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, finely cut herbs and pepper in a bowl to make a marinade.
  3. Place the fillets in the marinade, cover and refrigerate for 30 min.
  4. Skewer vegetable and fish pieces alternately.
  5. Cook the skewers on the barbecue or in a pan with oil for 6-8 min. on all sides.
