Cheese Fondue

Servings: 4

Ingredients

1 clove of garlic
300 ml white wine (1 cup 5 tsp)
1/2 tbs cornflour
400 g grated Gruyère
400 g grated Emmental
a pinch of paprika
a pinch of nutmeg
white pepper
baguette

Instructions

  1. Rub the inside of the fondue pot with the garlic clove.
  2. Mix the wine and cornflour together and slowly heat in the pot.
  3. Gradually add the cheese, stirring continuously and slowly melting the cheese.
  4. Season and cook until bubbling.
  5. Enjoy with baguette.
  6. Alternatively, you can use a fondue cheese mix (e.g. 800 g for 4 people).
