Salmon Pasta

Ingredients

500 g pasta
400 g salmon (salmon fillets or smoked salmon)
250 ml cream
1 clove of garlic
1 onion
dill
salt
pepper
nutmeg
150 ml white wine
oil

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and garlic and then fry in butter.
  2. Add salmon cubes and fry on all sides.
  3. Deglaze with white wine and simmer before adding cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg and reducing for a little.
  4. Cook the pasta at the same time.
  5. Arrange everything on plates and garnish with dill.
