Chicken and Rocket Salad

Instructions

1. Wash and salt the chicken.
2. Sear in a pan, cut into strips and season with pepper.
3. Wash the rocket leaves.
4. Wash and quarter the tomatoes.
5. Mix together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar and mustard to make a dressing.
6. Toss everything together.
