Rocket with Strawberries and Goat's Cheese

Instructions

1. Wash the rocket leaves.
2. Wash the strawberries, remove the calyxes and cut into quarters.
3. Cut the goat's cheese into bite-sized slices.
4. For the dressing, mix the oil, vinegar and honey together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Toss everything together and serve.
