Fajitas with Fish Fingers and Salad

Ingredients

8 fish fingers
2 tbs oil
4 tortillas (soft flour tortillas)
1 small iceberg lettuce
2 tbs mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp sweet curry powder
salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the fish fingers in a pan with oil.
  2. Lightly warm the tortillas in the oven.
  3. Roughly tear the lettuce.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, salt and pepper to make the sauce.
  5. Fill the tortillas.
