Greek Spread

Ingredients

400 g feta
200 g butter
3 cloves of garlic
15 black olives
4 tbs milk
4 tbs tomato paste
1 tsp paprika
black pepper
salt

Instructions

  1. Soften the butter.
  2. Crush the garlic and mix everything except the olives (preferably in a blender or food processor).
  3. Remove the olive stones, slice into rings and fold in.
  4. Goes well on baguette.
