Bavarian Obatzda

Ingredients

1 tbs butter
1 onion
1 camembert round, well ripened
1 bunch of chives
200 g cream cheese
ground caraway seeds
1 tsp paprika
1/2 cup soured cream
salt
soft German pretzels

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a bowl.
  2. Dice the onion and camembert.
  3. Chop the chives finely.
  4. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add salt to taste.
  5. Leave to sit for 15 min. to absorb flavour.
  6. Serve with fresh soft pretzels.
