Ham and Pea Spaghetti

Cook Time: 20 mins

Servings: 4

Ingredients

2 garlic cloves
1 small onion
1 tbs olive oil
500 ml cream
150 g ham
150 g frozen peas
salt and pepper
500 g spaghetti
100 g parmesan

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the garlic and onion.
  2. Sauté in a pan with olive oil.
  3. Add cream and reduce for around 4 minutes.
  4. Cut the ham into cubes and add along with the peas.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook the spaghetti and serve with the sauce and freshly grated parmesan.
