Mango and Pomegranate Baguette

Ingredients

1 baguette
1 mango
1 pomegranate
200 g mascarpone

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango, extract the flesh and cut into cubes.
  2. Extract the pomegranate seeds.
  3. Arrange the seeds on slices of baguette with the mascarpone and mango pieces.
