Mango Shake

Ingredients

250 g plain unsweetened yoghurt (1 cup)
100 ml milk (6 tbs 2 tsp)
300 g mangos (or mango pulp from an Asian supermarket)
2 tbs lime juice
3 tbs icing sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel the mangos and remove the stones. Dice them and mix with all ingredients in a blender.
