Cherry Yoghurt Dessert

Ingredients

250 g fresh cherries
400 g plain yoghurt
100 g mascarpone
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbs sugar

Instructions

  1. Remove the cherry stones.
  2. Mix 200 g of the cherries, the yoghurt, mascarpone, vanilla and sugar in a blender.
  3. Cut the rest of the cherries into quarters and stir into the mixture.
