Salmon Pizza

Ingredients

380 g flour
7 g salt
1 tbs olive oil
16 g yeast (1 tbs)
200 ml lukewarm water
7 tbs tomato purée
1 pepper
1 capsicum
capers
100 g smoked salmon
200 g cheese
salt
pepper
oregano
olive oil

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in a little water
  2. For the dough, mix flour, salt, olive oil, yeast and water in a bowl.
  3. Knead the dough until smooth and pliable (by hand or in a mixer).
  4. Cover and leave until double in size (around 2 hours).
  5. Line or grease a baking sheet.
  6. Roll the dough out with a rolling pin.
  7. Transfer the dough to the baking sheet.
  8. Spread all the topping ingredients on the dough except the salmon.
  9. Bake on the lower oven rung at preheated 220°C, 430°F or gas 7 for 15 min.
  10. Add salmon stripes and bake until the pizza is crispy.
