Tomato Mozzarella Pasta

Ingredients

250 g mozzarella
250 g cocktail tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
2 tbs olive oil
basil leaves
salt and pepper
500 g pasta (e.g. orecchiette)

Instructions

  1. Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix with the olive oil and crushed garlic cloves.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook the pasta and mix everything together well.
