American Hot Dogs

Ingredients

4 hot dog sausages

4 bread rolls

1 tsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)

5 tbs ketchup

1/2 tbs brown sugar

1/2 tsp salt

pepper

mustard

1 onion

1 clove of garlic

Mix vinegar, ketchup, sugar, salt and pepper to make the sauce. Leave to sit for 10 min. to absorb flavour.
Dice onions and cut garlic finely. Fry in a pan and set aside.
Warm the bread in the oven and heat the sausages in water.
Spread each roll with the sauce, add a sausage and top with mustard and fried onions and garlic.
