Blueberry Cake

Ingredients

200 g butter (at room temperature)
200 g sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla paste
2 eggs
300 g flour
3 tsp baking powder
100 ml milk
500 g blueberries
icing sugar

Instructions

  1. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla.
  2. Add the eggs one at a time.
  3. Combine flour and baking powder separately before stirring in.
  4. Add milk.
  5. Add blueberries.
  6. Pour mixture into a greased cake tin.
  7. Bake at 175°C, 350°F or gas 4 for 60 min.
  8. Dust with icing sugar.
