Orange Cream Parfait

Ingredients

4 oranges
250 g mascarpone
150 ml whipping cream
3 tbs sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla paste or 1 tsp vanilla essence
mint

Instructions

  1. Cut out wedges from the oranges.
  2. Whip the cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff.
  3. Stir in the mascarpone.
  4. Arrange in layers with orange wedges.
  5. Decorate with mint and orange slices.
