Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients

225 g chocolate
250 g flour
125 g sugar
3 tbs cocoa
3 tsp baking powder
1 egg
90 ml oil
250 ml milk

Instructions

  1. Cut chocolate into small pieces and set aside 75 g (this will be used later as a topping).
  2. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and 150 g of chocolate pieces.
  3. Add egg, oil and milk, and mix together.
  4. Spoon into muffin pans and sprinkle the remaining chocolate pieces on top.
  5. Cook in a fan-bake oven at 150°C, 170°C without a fan or 340°F for 20-25 min.
