Cordon Bleu

Ingredients

2 pork, veal or turkey medallions or chicken breast
lemon juice
salt
pepper
paprika
1 slice of ham
2 thin slices of cheese
toothpicks

Instructions

  1. flour, 1 egg and breadcrumb mix
  2. Cut open the meat.
  3. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  5. Cut the slice of ham in half.
  6. Lay the ham and cheese slices in the meat.
  7. Pin the meat together with toothpicks.
  8. Coat the pieces in the flour, the egg and then the breadcrumb mix.
  9. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
