Fried Cheese Balls

Ingredients

250 g cheddar, gouda, edam or the cheese of your choice
3 tbs flour
1 egg
cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Mix grated cheese, flour and the egg into a dough and refrigerate for at least 30 min. to harden.
  2. Shape into balls, roll in the flour again and then fry.
