Feta and Egg Burgers

Ingredients

500 g beef mince
salt, pepper, paprika
4 slices of feta
2 handfuls of rocket leaves
4 eggs
4 hamburger buns
4 tsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Season the mince, knead and shape into patties.
  2. Cook in a pan or on a barbecue.
  3. While grilling, place the feta slices on top and allow to melt a little.
  4. Wash the rocket.
  5. Fry the eggs, sunny side up.
  6. Toast the hamburger buns and spread the bottom half with mustard.
  7. Fill each bun with rocket, a patty, cheese and a fried egg.
