Lasagne

Ingredients

500 g mince
250 g lasagne sheets
800 g tinned tomatoes
200 g grated cheese
1 container crème fraîche
125 ml water (1/2 cup)
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
oregano
salt
pepper

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and garlic and fry with the mince.
  2. Add the tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and oregano.
  3. Put some of the sauce in an oven dish and lay lasagne sheets over the top.
  4. Pour sauce over again and sprinkle cheese on top.
  5. Repeat again, finishing with a layer of lasagne sheets.
  6. Put the crème fraîche on top, sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and then pour on the water.
  7. Bake for 30-45 min. at 200°C, 390°F or gas 6.
