Mango Dessert

Ingredients

3 mangos
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbs sugar
250 g mascarpone
150 g quark
150 g plain yoghurt
2 tbs sugar
200 ml whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the mangos in a food processor with the vanilla and 1 tbs sugar.
  2. Stir the mascarpone, quark, yoghurt and 2 tbs sugar until creamy. Whip the cream and fold into the mixture.
  3. Fill glasses with alternating layers of the mango and yoghurt mixtures.
