Oven-Baked Lamb Chops

Cook Time: 30 mins

Servings: 6

Ingredients

8 lamb chops
300 g potatoes
1 onion
6 tomatoes
1 red pepper
oil
salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the potatoes.
  2. Dice the onion, tomatoes and pepper.
  3. Oil a baking tray, then add the potatoes, onion, pepper and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake in the oven at 200°C, 390°F or gas 6 for 30 min.
  5. Season the lamb, lay the chops on the vegetables and bake for another 15 min.
