Pan-Fried Vegetables

Ingredients

assorted vegetables (e.g. peppers, aubergine, courgettes, pre-cooked potatoes, broccoli)
2 tbs olive oil
salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the vegetables. Fry in a pan with oil.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
