Pasta with Fresh Chantarelles

Ingredients

150 g chantarelles
250 ml cream (1 cup)
250 g fettucine or spaghetti
parsley
salt
pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta.
  2. Wash and dice the mushrooms and cook in a pan with butter.
  3. Add cream and reduce by half.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix with the pasta and serve with parsley.
