Pork Medallions

Ingredients

4 pork medallions
2 cloves of garlic
3 tbs olive oil
salt and pepper
1 tomato
4 slices of cheese

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the garlic and mix with olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Rub the medallions in the mixture and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
  3. Cook the medallions on all sides in a pan with oil.
  4. Place tomato and cheese slices on the medallions and allow the cheese to melt.
