Pork Schnitzel

Ingredients

6 pork schnitzels
salt
4 cloves of garlic
5 tbs flour
2 eggs
finely crumbled bread or breadcrumb mix
500 ml cooking oil
1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Salt the schnitzels and rub with crushed garlic (feel free to marinate over a longer period of time).
  2. Coat the schnitzel in flour, egg and breadcrumbs, one after the other.
  3. Fry in oil and serve with slices of lemon.
  4. Goes well with salad or chips.
