Potato Wedges and Dip

Ingredients

8 large potatoes
5 tbs vegetable oil
4 tbs water
paprika
rosemary
chilli powder
barbecue seasoning if desired
salt and pepper
Dip:
200 ml plain unsweetened yoghurt
3 tbs chopped chives
1 crushed garlic clove
1 tbs fresh lime juice
1/2 tbs cumin

Instructions

  1. Combine oil, paprika, rosemary, chilli powder, barbecue seasoning, salt, pepper and water.
  2. Wash the potatoes, cut into wedges and marinate.
  3. Place the wedges on a baking tray.
  4. Bake in the oven at 220°C, 430°F or gas 7 for 25 min.
  5. For the dip, combine yoghurt, chives, garlic, lime juice and cumin.
