Raspberry Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients

150 g chocolate
250 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 tbs cocoa
180 ml milk
110 g butter
2 eggs
100 g icing sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla paste
100 g raspberries

Instructions

  1. Grate the chocolate into a bowl and mix with flour, baking powder and cocoa.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the milk, melted butter, eggs, icing sugar and vanilla.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients and work together until smooth.
  4. Fold in the raspberries.
  5. Spoon into muffins pans and bake for 20 min. at 180°C, 350°F or gas 4.
