Salmon Fillet Salad

Ingredients

800 g salmon fillets
1 lemon, squeezed
1 garlic clove
1 onion
1 yellow bell pepper
olive oil
dash of white wine
100 g cream
salt and pepper
mixed salad greens
12 cocktail tomatoes
1/2 cucumber

Instructions

  1. Wash the fillets and season with salt and lemon juice.
  2. Finely chop the garlic and onion.
  3. Cut the pepper into bite-sized portions.
  4. Cook the onion, garlic and pepper in a pan with oil.
  5. Add the salmon fillets and cook through.
  6. Deglaze with white wine, add cream, salt and pepper and reduce a little.
  7. Wash the salad greens, quarter the tomatoes, peel the cucumber and slice into rounds.
  8. Arrange everything together.
