Salmon Fillets in White Wine Sauce

Servings: 4

Ingredients

4 salmon fillets
salt and pepper
lemon juice
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbs oil
100 ml white wine (1/4 cup)
250 ml cream (1 cup)
dill

Instructions

  1. Wash the salmon and dress with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  2. Dice the onion and garlic and fry in a pan with oil.
  3. Add the salmon and fry on each side.
  4. Deglaze with the white wine, add cream and cook until reduced a little.
  5. Serve with dill.
