Sea Bream

Ingredients

2 fish (bream)
salt and pepper
2 limes
5 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of parsley
1 lemon
olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the fish and pat dry. Dress with salt, pepper and lime juice.
  2. Chop the garlic and parsley into fine pieces.
  3. Put half inside the fish and spread the rest over the top of the bream with oil and lemon slices.
  4. Wrap the fish in foil and grill in the oven (or on the barbecue) for 15 min. on a medium heat.
  5. Goes well with potatoes.
