Spaghetti alle Vongole

Servings: 4

Ingredients

400 g spaghetti
500 g clams
150 g porcini mushrooms
200 ml cream (3/4 cup)
50 ml olive oil (3 1/4 tbs)
3 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper
1 bunch of parsley

Instructions

  1. Wash the shellfish and heat in a covered saucepan with 3 tbs oil until they open.
  2. Add the rest of the oil and crushed garlic and sauté.
  3. Wash the mushrooms.
  4. Add the cream and mushrooms, then salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Reduce everything for 10 min. and then add the chopped parsley.
  6. Cook the pasta and serve with the sauce.
