Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

200 g shrimps
mixed salad greens
1 avocado
1 bunch of chives
75 g yoghurt
a pinch of sugar
1 tsp lime juice
salt
cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and tear the salad greens.
  2. Peel the avocado and remove the stone. Cut in half.
  3. Finely chop the chives.
  4. For the dressing, mix together the yoghurt, half the avocado, part of the chives, sugar and 1 tsp of lime juice. Add salt and cayenne pepper to taste.
  5. Wash the shrimps and dress with salt and pepper.
  6. Chop the other avocado half.
  7. Toss everything together and pour the dressing over the top along with the rest of the chives.
