Spanish Aioli

Ingredients

400 ml mayonnaise (about 1 1/2 cups)
2 garlic bulbs
1 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs mustard
a handful of parsley
sugar, salt and pepper
baguettes

Instructions

  1. Chop the parsley finely.
  2. Peel the garlic cloves.
  3. Blitz all ingredients with a stick blender.
  4. Leave to sit in the refrigerator for 30 min. to absorb flavours.
  5. Serve with baguette.
